Description / Interpretation: 

On the bottom sides are black Madonna blessing the forehead of a girl and a saintly man blessing the heart of another child. Above, near the roof, are two angels and a female phoenix. This mural was commissioned shortly after the post-Rodney King verdict violence as a gesture of healing.
Artists: Supervisor, George Yepes, assisted by local youth.
