Description / Interpretation: 

The interior historical mural begins on the far left with Moses holding the Ten Commandments. Also portrayed are the 2000-year-old Code of Hammurabi, the four freedoms granted by the U.S. Bill of Rights, the Magna Carta, English King Henry II, who established the first jury, and Napoleon, whose codification of civil law in the 18th century had a major influence on the newly formed American nation.
