Description / Interpretation:
Michael Massenburg assisted by Keneth Carnes, Joesph Venable, General Black, and Michelle Grant. Located on the backside of the Vision Theater in Lemert Park. The theater was built in 1931 by Howard Hughes. The Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs took control of the theater in the 1990s and has since undergone renovations thanks to the California Cultural and Historical Endowment.
