Description / Interpretation:

Student Hong Hoang, assisted by Jennifer Carpenter, Mario Delafuente, Aram Klijian, Francisco Molieri, Ricardo Perez, Jean Shibasaki. A tribute to the cultural diversity of the school, designed by a senior whose family fled Vietnam in 1975. Superimposed on a large American flag are images of people, flags, and animals from many continents. In the center is the school's logo, Hands Across the Campus. At the time the mural was completed, more than 20% of the school's students had been in the United States less than two years. Another mural of characters from history and literature was done later by other students on Bungalow 7.
