Born and raised in Florida, Kelly Hilker attended Daytona State College and moved to the Los Angeles area over a year ago. She became involved with the Mural Conservancy as their Administrator in May of 2010. Passionate about restoring Los Angeles' historic mural culture, she is excited to pave the way for future generations of artists to make their mark in LA.
